Pues no me ha parecido tan futurista…
First, Job seekers will be able to track their resume much like a webmaster tracks their web site and advertising campaigns. They will be able to see who opened their resume and have stats on how many times their resume was opened.
Second, job seekers to create a personalized job search landing page with which to manage their job search.
Third, hiring teams to see when job seekers are online much like you an see someone is online while you are logged into your IM account and on some web sites.
